About these terms
These terms apply to your use of prolasercutting.com and to quotations, orders and supply of equipment from ProLaserCutting. By using the site or placing an order you accept them. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Quotations
Prices, lead times and specifications shown on this website are indicative and are not a binding offer. A quotation becomes binding only when we issue it in writing and you accept it in writing. Machine configuration, laser power, working area and control options are confirmed at that point.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, production begins after the agreed deposit is received. Payment terms, currency and the balance due before shipment are stated on the quotation or proforma invoice.
Delivery and risk
Delivery dates are estimates and depend on production scheduling and freight availability. Unless agreed otherwise, risk passes to the buyer when the goods are handed to the carrier, and the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country.
Inspection and claims
Please inspect the equipment on arrival and report any shortage or visible transport damage to the carrier and to us promptly, with photographs. Claims made after the period stated in your order confirmation may not be accepted.
Warranty
Equipment is supplied with the warranty period stated on your quotation or order confirmation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and excludes consumable parts such as lenses, nozzles, tubes, belts and filters, damage from incorrect installation, unsuitable power supply, unauthorised modification, or use outside the specified operating conditions.
Warranty service is provided by supplying replacement parts and remote technical support. On-site attendance, where available, is quoted separately.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, images, specifications and layout — belongs to ProLaserCutting or is used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the supply of equipment is limited to the value of the equipment concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost production, lost profit or damage to other property.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, industrial action, transport disruption, export or import restrictions, and changes in law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion before commencing proceedings.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
