ProLaserCutting supplies laser cutting machines, CNC routers, laser marking machines and related equipment to workshops, fabricators and distributors worldwide. This policy explains what information we collect through prolasercutting.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

When you submit an enquiry, request a quote or contact our support team, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company name, country, and any technical information about the material, thickness, working area or quantity you are asking about.

We use this information only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange delivery and provide after-sales support. We do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server records basic technical data when you visit: the pages you request, the time of the request, your browser type and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this to keep the site running, to spot abuse and to understand which products visitors are looking for.
