Dual (Multi) Heads Customized Laser Cutting Machine
Twin-head CO2 laser cutter: two laser tubes and two cutting heads run from one gantry, doubling output on identical parts. Working area 1300 x 900 mm with 60W-260W per head.
Overview
The dual-head PL-1390 runs two independent laser tubes and two cutting heads on a single gantry. For production work that repeats the same part, both heads cut the same program at once, which roughly doubles output for the same floor space and operator.
Each head is selectable from 60 W to 260 W, and the 1300 x 900 mm bed takes standard sheet sizes. Where the job needs two different materials or two different profiles, the heads can also be offset to run separate paths.
