ATC CNC Router
Automatic tool-change CNC router with a 6-position tool magazine, so cutters swap without operator intervention. Working area 1300 x 2500 x 200 mm, 60 m/min rapid traverse, seamless welded steel frame and Taiwan linear guide rails.
Overview
The PL-M25H carries a six-position tool magazine, so the machine swaps cutters automatically between operations instead of stopping for a manual change. That makes it practical to run a job that needs a surfacing cutter, a 3D cutter and a finishing tool in one program.
The frame is seamless-welded steel with Taiwan linear guide rails and rack-and-pinion transmission on X and Y, including dual drives on the Y axis to keep the gantry square. Z runs on a ballscrew with a 200 mm stroke. A 5 kW water-cooled spindle turns at up to 18,000 rpm, and the vacuum table holds sheet material flat without clamps.
